These patients are normally seen by Danielle Amos, CRNP CFMP - Nurse Practitioner. Certified in Functional Medicine. This option is for patients who are looking for a Wellness BOOST and not looking for a complete deep-dive functional medicine workup and treatments.
- This is for the patient just wanting in-and-out specialty care such as:
- Wellness Care
- COVID Longhaulers or Long COVID
- Weight Loss
- HRT - Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Peptides
- IV Therapy
- Injection Therapy (Vitamins and more)
- NAD+ Therapy
- Red Light Therapy/Blue Light Therapy
- After completing our Discovery Call, we'll schedule your focused history and exam with our Nurse Practitioner who will write an order for you to have appropriate therapy.
- Often we can do your Discovery Call, exam and 1st therapy the same day.

Wellness BOOST Therapies
If you just want therapy, and don't want our functional medicine team to dig deep into your health problems become a Wellness BOOST patient. Out Providers will write an order for you to have safe and appropriate patient requested therapies such as IV Therapy, Injection Therapy, NAD+ Therapy, Red Light or Blue Light Therapy; Decompression Traction Therapy, Laser Therapy, Hydrogen Therapy, Vibration Plate, Shockwave Therapy and others. After completing our intake paperwork, basic history and exam, you will be accepted as a Wellness BOOST Patient. The intake and exam is a flat fee of $60. We can usually do the exam and 1st treatment the same day. Subsequent Wellness BOOST therapies just need an appointment. You can pay for Wellness BOOST therapies one at a time or in a package.
