These patients are normally seen by our Nurse Practitioner. This is for the patient just looking for a Wellness BOOST and not looking for a complete deep-dive functional medicine workup and treatments.

- Wellness Care
- Weight Loss
- HRT - Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Peptides
- IV Therapy
- Injection Therapy (Vitamins and more)
- NAD+ Therapy
- Red Light Therapy/Blue Light Therapy
- After completing our discovery call, we'll schedule your focused history and exam with our Nurse Practitioner who will write an order for you to have appropriate therapy.
- Often we can do your Discovery Call, exam and 1st therapy the same day,
- We charge a flat fee of $60 for Wellness BOOST patient intake history and exam,
