Wellness Boost patients are looking for a Wellness Boost Treatment and not looking for a deep-dive root cause functional medicine workup and treatment. These patients are seen by Danielle Amos, CRNP CFMP - Functional Medicine Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- This is for the patient just wanting in-and-out specialty treatment such as:
- Wellness
- Weight Loss
- HRT - Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Peptide(s)
- Wellness Boost IV's
- Injection Treatment (Vitamins and more)
- NAD+
- Red Light/ Blue Light
- After completing intake paperwork you'll see our Nurse Practitioner who will preform a focused history and exam and write an order for you to have appropriate Wellness Boost Treatments.

If you just want quick in-and-out, and don't want our functional medicine team to dig deep into your health problems become a Wellness BOOST patient. Out Providers will write an order for you to have safe and appropriate patient requested treatment such as Wellness Boost IV's, Wellness Boost Injections, NAD+, Red Light or Blue Light, Laser Therapy, Hydrogen Therapy, Vibration Plate, Shockwave Therapy and others. After completing our intake paperwork, basic history and exam, you will be accepted as a Wellness BOOST Patient. The intake and exam is a flat fee of $60. We can usually do the exam and 1st treatment the same day. Subsequent Wellness BOOST treatments just need an appointment. You can pay for Wellness BOOST treatments one at a time or in a package.
